I'm trying to do this, but I'm unsure of the options I need to select. I
created the role "Operator". I tried going through and guessing on the options,
loosely based on the Manager role. Unfortunately, when I try and assign a user
to this role, I get:

[b]Value:[\b] 'Operator'
