Guys,
Somehow this one file seems to have not made it into the bitrock stack
installers. We are working with bitrock on the issue. It will be
fixed in 2.2.1 but for now copying the old file to the libexec
directory should work fine.

It is missing from the RHEL/CentOS RPM based installer as well.
