Zenoss was monitoring a server with SNMP on and I had the service set to monitor SNMP by turning monitoring to TRUE in the OS tab of the device.
The department decided SNMP was not important on that server that we are monitoring and turned it off on the server and I of course got the errorr SNMP down in my dashboard as I should. The issue is, they wont turn it back on, and I can not see it in device/os/ip services anymore to disable monitoring SNMP for that device. I have searched the $ZENHOME/perf/Devices/mydevice folder as well as the MYSQL table and can not find where this is stored. Can anyone point me to how to disable it or where that is stored so I can manualy disable it?
