Sure did, also removed .zec files and restarted all daemons then compacted the 
database still with the same results.

I recently added a few devices without snmp for ping checks to some remote VPN 
gateways. I think some of the IPs I added conflicted with device IPs which 
could possibly account for this happening.

I really dont know just thats the last thing I did before things blew up. Even 
then it was at least a half hour later when the alerts were sent.

Too late in this case, the install is already wiped and upgraded to 2.3. Not a 
bad idea though. More scared by how quickly my entire setup fell to pieces 
after this started happening.

zenhub kept crashing without logging the error even with debug logging. Pages 
were still being sent despite all of this. Just rather annoyed since I figured 
I could trust a ping daemon to operate correctly.
