Make Zenoss ready for Windows infrastructures.

1.) Zenoss does neither scale/work acceptable if you try or use it with more
than 30 Windows servers on different locations (subnets). 30 servers are not an
enterprise environment, but it is definitely to much for zenoss/zenwin.

2.) Zenwin isn't stable for windows environments. It's not able to handle 60
secs cycle intervals for these environments. Increasing interval let zenwin
die. Version of zenoss doesn't matter. Cron'ing 60 mins schedule as work around
doesn't make me happy.

3.) Windows Server 2008 is a common OS which Zenoss does not support. I like to
see support for Windows OS during beta not 12 months after OS has been
released.

Without any doubt, Zenoss 2.2 works great for monitoring network/snmp devices
and IX devices. But, at the moment it's definitely limited for these systems.

I like to see this great software to work for all platforms.
