That should be easy then, try this, you will need to remove any mappings that
are in place already for the 2 events:

Events -> Cisco -> Sub Classes Pull Down: New Organizer -> ID = Latency_on_off
-> OK

Navigate to a device that has the bad /unknown snmptrap (OID) listed in the
events:

Tick box for that event -> Pull Down: Map event to class ->
/cisco/Latency_on_off -> OK
zProperties -> zEventSeverity -> Error

Navigate to a device that has the OK/clear /unknown snmptrap (OID) listed in
the events:

Tick box for that event -> Pull Down: Map event to class ->
/cisco/Latency_on_off -> OK
zProperties -> zEventSeverity -> Clear

The "clear" trap will clear any other traps created under the same organizer,
so be careful not to add any other event mappings under that organizer that
should not be cleared by the clear trap!
