[quote="jmp242"]I don't think there is a Zenoss Core 2.2.1 yet??? I only see
2.2.0 for
download on the page, and I don't think I'd want to try both an OS and a
Zenoss version migration in the same day, not if I wanted to have any
chance of a good day. Actually, I'm holding off on 2.2.0 until I see
2.2.x for Core, as there's been a whole slew of bugs reported on these
forums.

I'm also a little worried about the work necessary to migrate to the
.egg versions of the Zenpacks - I don't see that many community zenpacks
are in any rush to convert over...

Hi,

I misread the forum news.. I saw 2.2.1 and thougt that it was core files..
But from what I understand the old zenpacks should be compatible with 2.2?

I am using another server to install the new version on. So that the old one
could be started again when I don't succeed the first ten times :)

Any time frame for 2.2.x?

Bells and whistles are really nice to have, but without stability that is worth
nothing.
