No longer receiving connection failed messages but now receiving the following error in the zeneventlog:
2008-06-30 10:33:10 DEBUG zen.zeneventlog: polling machinename 2008-06-30 10:33:10 DEBUG zen.zeneventlog: timeout (no events) machinename I am able to run the following query from the commandline on the collector and it returns nt eventlog entries: sudo /usr/local/zenoss/common/bin/wmic -U domain/domainadmin%password //machinename.domain "select * from Win32_NTLogEvent" In addition I was able to install WMIPerformance zenpack and able able to monitor each of my windows devices using WMI. The sole issue that I continue to encounter is that zenoss will not collect nt eventlog entries. I have tried specifying various minimum eventlog severities but this does not have any affect. Any thoughts or insights would be very very very much appreciated.
