Did I miss a step somewhere?

I have attempted to use the SSH/Command method of collecting data for ZenOSS on
a server I don't want to enable SNMP on.

I followed the instructions in section 9.13 of the Admin Guide, and it appears
to mostly work (at least I am getting some basic OS information back).

However, I get messages from some of the collectors, like this one:

Cmd: /usr/local/zenoss/libexec/zenplugin.py disk /var/tmp - Code: 127 - Msg:
Command not found

And indeed, there is no such file as /usr/local/zenoss/libexec/zenplugin.py,
nor does there appear to be a "zenplugin.py" anywhere on my monitoring
computer. It would appear that I have to install something else.

I see references to ZenOSS-Plugins on the forums, though I can't find a
download link for such a thing on the ZenOSS site. OTOH, the ZenOSS site does
list a number of "ZenPacks" -- but it's not clear that any of them are the same
as these ZenOSS Plugins.

Where exactly was I supposed to have gotten this zenplugin.py program from?

Also, why does it work partially? Aren't all of the "cmd" collectors dependent
on plugins?

TIA
