that's sounds very interesting... can't you post more info? like: wan ip? do you mean the "leg" of the router before the internet/modem? is the wan monitored as a modem/router or just a ping deivce? if it's a device, what is the rest of the ips and how to reach it?
how do you get the error, and in what alert?
