Thanks for the tip TBKDan, but I am already using httpmonitor as well :) This page: http://www.zenoss.com/community/docs/howtos/monitoring-websites-with-httpmonitor describes the problem with httpmonitor quite well. What is needed is a way to insert single service checks. Instead of saying "monitor this computer" it would be nice to be able to say "monitor this site" and be able to add templates to the site without Zenoss checking the IP. I'll have to keep parts of my setup in nagios until then. Too bad, I was hoping to use the simple graphing tools in Zenoss.
