Do they send a SNMP trap or something when they failover? Or do you want
to do this based on a link going down and a different one coming up? I
don't know anything about CSS11500s but if there is some way to
determine the failover occurred, you can monitor it with Zenoss - but
you might need to do some coding yourself...
