From the unknown class, did you use the GUI to move it to the class of choice? /Ignore? (I haven't used /Ignore so maybe there's a bug?)

Anyway, did you then move all old events that would match to history? These changes only affect NEW events, and ONLY if you've moved old mis-mapped ones to history first.
