I current have my Solaris and Linux systems using net-snmp with various thresholds set in the snmpd.conf file. When a trap is generated I get the mteTriggerFired event but I would like to transform the Summary by accessing the laErrMessage message in the Event Detail. Is there anyway to access the detail information associated with an event or I will have to code a getattr command to access the laErrMessage OID to transform the summary. I am currently running 2.20 on CentOS 5.1.
