What doesn't work as advertised? I use zenoss to monitor just under 1000
servers. These servers account for a large amount of revenue on a daily basis.

I monitor four datacenters. Two on the West Coast, one on the East Coast and
one in Europe. I get reliable alerts on critical services, asset management and
mission critical real-time data.

I've worked as a Senior Professional Services Engineer for a monitoring system
company. People paid a small fortune for that software. It was nowhere near as
reliable or powerful as Zenoss is. I felt embarrassed implementing that
software for paying clients.

Every feature I've used in Zenoss has worked as advertised. SNMP templating,
thresholds, nagios commands, multi-graph reports, LDAP integration, ZenPacks...
The list goes on.
