I performed the upgrade on three(3) different servers (from 2.2.0 to 2.2.3) on Linux Debian. Only thing is, I had to setup a few access rights for mysql DB to start properly (yes I used zenbackup/zenrestore), and you MUST clear all cache & cookies on Firefox (otherwise, I had a blank/grey display)
