I had a similar problem after upgrade, the following steps worked for me -
1) Go to console on Zenoss server
2) su - zenoss
3) run zendmd
4) in the zendmd console, paste the following:
dmd.ZenLinkManager.layer3_catalog.manage_catalogClear()
commit()
then hit ctrl+d to exit
5) run zenmigrate --step=ReindexIpAddressNetworkIds
6) Restart Zenoss, refresh dashboard and you should have your Google Map back.
