View my post here http://community.zenoss.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=6878 with this problem solved. You will need to edit __init__.py in zenpack you have problem with to use one more (optional) argument. Or ask Zenpack author to do this.

installation, Debian 4.0, i686.
