Already done. I've cleared the Gecode Cache, Run the zendmd command 
"dmd.ZenLinkManager.layer3_catalog.manage_catalogClear()" and then "zenmigrate 
--step=ReindexIpAddressNetworkIds" from the command line and tried getting a 
new API key. No change
