Unfortunately after messing around a bit post upgrade, I couldn't get this resolved. None of the recommended fixes worked for me. Fortunately this was a dev environment, so I blew it away, and reloaded it from scratch as 2.2.3 rather than upgrading, then imported my devices. I must say 2.2.3 now runs the best I've seen it!
