I lied, that was just a gut reaction to a known problem. The UI is still SUPER slow. I just started my 2.2.0 instance to verify that I wasn't crazy. The interface was snappy and quick. 2.2.3 - settings -> Users JUST took 90 seconds to load. 2.2.0 - settings -> Users loads in milliseconds (under 1 second) to load.
