Hello, Complete Zenoss newbie - I installed Zenoss on Ubuntu server via the stack installation. The console is up and running. My first attempt was to add a win server 08 client - I added the snmp community (already specified in the console) to the traps, added the send authentication with read-only rights to the community.
Back in the console, I added the device, but got a "snmp agent down" error. This happened even after opening the port on the server 08 firewall to allow the snmp send. After added adminstrative user/pw for WMI access I received "<myhostnamewashere>|zenwin|/Status/Wmi/Conn||4|ERROR_NET_WRITE_FAULT: A write fault occurred on the network.
