If I understand correctly, you only have 1 street address for a very
large location (in your case a hospital). If that's the case, I don't
have much guidance beyond using very specific lat/long coordinates (a
GPS might come in handy). The map is only as smart as Google :)

As you can see there is one adress for a large amount of space .
So, i've tried to use direct coord instead of adresses, it's seem to
be ok .
But, in similar way than you i will prefer a map instead of a basic
plan as it doesn't show all the details i want to correctly show
all the parts of the hospital.
I'am also planning to use a personal map in a second way.
