When i am looking at the event log I see "snmp agent down", but I am not seeing 
an associated /status/ping device down. Is there any reason this would be 
happening? I do want to know if snmp is not working, but more importantly, I 
would think that a device that's not pingable. Is there a property that I can 
change that would fix this for me?
