Do you have rrd files in the $ZENHOME/perf/Devices/<node>/os/filesystem folder? Look at the file data and see if it has been recently updated. You can also rrdtool dump <rrdfile> > /tmp/rrd_dump to look at the data in there. You could try deleting the pickle file... The list goes on...
