Edit to my post. The details are coming through but only if I open the event in Zenoss, then click the Details tab. This is a problem because the email alerts are very important to us; I had it working originally where the emails arrived and included the description of the event. As it stands now I just get a huge bunch of numbers with no details and have to log on to Zenoss to see if the Windows event was trivial or serious.
