So you have 4 entries like:

110.87.209.0/24 0 29 225
110.87.209.1/24 0 0 254
127.0.0.0/24 0 1 253
172.16.63.0/24 0 0 254

You can go to the individual devices in the device list or click on the numbers under each "Number of IPs" entry and start configuring the discovered boxes as necessary. The Administration Guide is probably what you want to follow for your options.

As I mentioned in my other reply, I now have 4 networks. I reran zendisc and got the following:

[EMAIL PROTECTED] init.d]# /usr/local/zenoss/zenoss/bin/zendisc run
WARNING:zen.ZenDisc:Reconnected to ZenHub
INFO:zen.ZenDisc:connected to ZenHub
WARNING:zen.ZenDisc:No networks configured
INFO:zen.ZenDisc:Result: []
INFO:zen.ZenDisc:scan time: 0.00 seconds
INFO:zen.ZenDisc:Daemon ZenDisc shutting down

How do I move forward?
