Are you configure the service SNMP-Service on the windows-system right? right klick on service SNMP-Service -> properties -> tab Security to set community and Host that are allowed to connect the Agent ->tab Traps to define Trap-Community and Hosts that collect SNMP-Traps (here the IP of Zenoss-Server) Sometimes it helps, to put the IP of the Zenoss-Server in the trustet Sites of the Internet-Explorer for wmi don't forget to put the WMI-User with password in Zenoss-Properties and create a WMI-User with the same Name and Password on the Windows-System.
