Hi,

It it possible to tell zenoss which interface to use for monitoring? I have
eth0 and a virtual interface eth0:1. I want all the zenoss traffic to go via
eth0:1 so that if the server dies, I can move the zenoss service to another
(live) server.

I've found a way to do this by fudging the routing table but this isn't a great
solution as I could end up locking myself out of eth0 if I want to monitor any
devices on the same subnet as my workstation.

It would be great to know whether you can bind the zenoss service to a virtual
interface!

Cheers,

Guy
