Well, HTTP is pretty much built in, or you can add the HTTPmonitor zenpack for more. SMTP... You can check if the port is open easily enough with IP services. The others, you're probably going to have to see if there's a Zenpack, or create the checks yourself. I have no idea how you might do so as I don't use Lotus Notes.

You'll need to figure out what you want to know, and how you can get access to the data (do you need a script on the server passing to SNMP, do you want to have a ssh session running the script from the Zenoss server, etc . . .)
