I monitor our notes boxes as follows: Use IP Services for HTTP and SMTP (make sure you allow SMTP connections from the zenoss monitor assigned if you're restricting SMTP hosts)
Then I use Win Services for the Notes services (Enotesdata, etc). The DB size you'll have to write some scripts with the Notes API to get that. I haven't gotten that far yet.
