Tagged VLAN's allowed on a switch port aren't interfaces so they don't show up
in the IF-MIB. They are just packets tagged with a VLAN.

The switch may setup VLAN interfaces which may or may not show up in the
IF-MIB.

If you're looking to monitor what VLANs are tagged to what ports this will
depend on if your switch supports a MIB that provides this information, and it
will also likely require a custom collector to poll/understand this information.
