Hello,
I'm experiencing the same issues. I was using 2.2.3 with no problems and
my project was put on hold. Yesterday I went to start the project again,
then noticed a newer version of Zenoss Core, and decided to uninstall
v2.2.3 and try 2.2.4 using the binary
'zenoss-stack-2.2.4-linux-x64.bin'. I thought perhaps there was an issue
with the uninstallatation/reinstallation process, and have begun
redeploying my Centos5.2 Dev Server.
Very frustrating, perhaps I'll just stick with version 2.2.3
Mike.

Just to make sure I am NOT going daft, I downloaded 2.2.3 again and installed
that on a fresh VM, same as I did with 2.2.4, and now everything is working as
expected, so far at least.
Devices get discovered and listed. SNMP and WMI data gets collected and
processed properly. Well, not entrirely, I am still stuck with 2 out of 4
devices not showing up in the network map, even though they are all 4 in the
same segment and Zenoss reports there network settings correctly.
But I digress...
