"Add DataSource". However I just get the little spinning box that
says "loading" and it just hangs there, forever. Am I in the right

This is almost always a sign that you have at least one broken ZenPack
installed. Go to Settings and the ZenPacks tab to see if any of them
report being broken. Try reinstalling any that say they're broken then
restarting Zope as the zenoss user by running "zopectl restart".
