Yeah, I tried just dumping the same install over top of the initial one (we used the stack install), but that didn't seem to actually change anything. I'm going to try to dump the database, save it, then delete it and reinstall overtop, creating a new database. Then import the old data back in.
I'll see if that is any better. Thanks for the suggestions, I'll do some searching on clearing the heartbeats.
