You go into settings > Users > select the user who gets the alerts > alerting rules > name of your alert rule > under the edit tab click on the + and then select count from the drop down box.
Could somebody clue me in on how to set the poll time for SNMP? I'm still getting a lot of "snmp agent down" alerts.
