i create the share directory in /home/zenoss
[EMAIL PROTECTED] ~]$ pwd
/home/zenoss
[EMAIL PROTECTED] ~]$ ll
total 16
drwxrwxrwx 2 zenoss root 4096 Oct 28 10:16 share
[EMAIL PROTECTED] ~]$ ll share/
total 4
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 35 Oct 28 10:16 mibs ->
/usr/local/zenoss/common/share/mibs
but when i run zenmib command it doesnt load the mib
is there something i forgot doing

From your $ZENHOME directory:
ln -s common/share/mibs share/mibs
If you don't have the $ZENHOME/share directory, you may have to create
it, then do the symlink.

Looks like you found http://dev.zenoss.org/trac/ticket/3471
The work-around is to create a symlink to common/share/mibs from
share/ mibs.
could you show me how to create the symlink
