[quote="jmp242"]I'm assuming you want to poll the SNMP OIDs to get this data, in which case MIBs aren't going to help. You need to know the OIDs and create your own template(s) with SNMP datasources, and properly defined graphs. The Admin Guide provides instructions on this. -- James Pulver Information Technology Area Supervisor LEPP Computer Group Cornell University
I tried making a local copy of the ethernet-csma/cd default template and adding the data point using the OID I had figured out by using GetIf and verified by using snmpget command. It keeps complaining about a missing RRD graph. I was able to successfully build multigraph reports using the pre-defined stuff in Zenos, and I assumed that the process of adding a datapoint to an existing template would be similar? Any suggestions? -------------------- m2f -------------------- Read this topic online here: http://forums.zenoss.com/viewtopic.php?p=27253#27253 -------------------- m2f -------------------- _______________________________________________ zenoss-users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.zenoss.org/mailman/listinfo/zenoss-users
