I have downloaded and tarred the new version, then switched user to Zenoss, and done the ./install.sh and get:
Password for the Zenoss "admin" user [zenoss]: Enter the password again: Stopping zenoss Do you want me to keep your existing database? (Y/n) Y Creating a backup of your existing data build-functions.sh: line 133: backup.tar: Permission denied Unable to create backup I did a chown -R zenoss:zenoss /usr/local/zenoss, as root, and tried again to the same result. What might I be doing wrong?
