Enterprise definitely has what you're describing. You may be able to roll your own distributed collector. Something similar to this: http://www.zenoss.com/community/docs/howtos/setting-up-multiple-zenperfsnmp-collectors-across-different-hosts I can't vouch for how accurate it is, but it may get you started.
