Most of the debug errors I had was for bad oids because it's using the default Ethernet template for interfaces that don't contain those OIDs. We have ATM interfaces and I had to setup separate templates for aal5 layer interfaces, ds1, and ATM INTERFACE. Once you create these templates and clear the debug to the history they should disappear.
