yes it happens on my core install too. in my case the problem is that /perf/snmp error are see as debug so don't generate alert message from alert rule. (as before in 2.2.4)
i've to set under event -> perf/snmp under zpoperties i've to set zEventSeverity to error in order to have alert rule working. you don't see nothing in event because debug event is set to severity=clear, so to see them you've to select in event list severity=clear.
