I just grabbed these two MIBs from the ADTRAN site and was able to  
load them without trouble. ADTRAN-MIB contained 25 nodes and 0  
notifications, ADTRAN-AOS contained 9 nodes and 0 notifications. This  
lines up with what I see looking at the MIB itself.

I think you're only problem is that you need to drop your MIBs into  
share/mibs/site/ instead of just share/mibs/. I also renamed the files  
so they matched their actual MIB names just out of habit. I don't know  
if this was necessary or not.

adtran.mib -> ADTRAN-MIB.txt
adGenAos.mib -> ADTRAN-AOS.txt
