Hey Chet, thanks for the response, tried to add it via
the site dir:

$ whoami
zenoss

$ pwd
/usr/local/zenoss/zenoss/common/share/mibs/site

$ $ZENHOME/bin/zenmib run ADTRAN-MIB
INFO:zen.zenmib:Unable to find a file providing the MIB SNMPv2-SMI
INFO:zen.zenmib:Unable to find a file providing the MIB SNMPv2-TC
INFO:zen.zenmib:Unable to find a file providing the MIB SNMPv2-CONF
ERROR:zen.zenmib:Failed to load mib: ADTRAN-MIB

$ ls -ltha SNMPv2-SMI SNMPv2-TC SNMPv2-CONF
-rw-r--r-- 1 zenoss zenoss 8.1K Nov 24 11:38 SNMPv2-CONF
-rw-r--r-- 1 zenoss zenoss 9.1K Nov 24 11:38 SNMPv2-SMI
-rw-r--r-- 1 zenoss zenoss  38K Nov 24 11:38 SNMPv2-TC

I tried re-adding the SNMPv2-* files as well but they
too erred out. Now on the flip side ...

$ZENHOME/bin/zenmib run ./SNMPv2-TC ./SNMPv2-SMI ./SNMPv2-CONF ./ADTRAN*
INFO:zen.zenmib:Loaded mib SNMPv2-TC
INFO:zen.zenmib:Loaded mib SNMPv2-SMI
INFO:zen.zenmib:Loaded mib SNMPv2-CONF
INFO:zen.zenmib:Loaded mib ADTRAN-MIB
INFO:zen.zenmib:Loaded mib ADTRAN-MIB
INFO:zen.zenmib:Loaded mib ADTRAN-TC

Little oddity worth keeping in mind ;)
