I think the community is going to be limited help here, as I think most of use are using Zenoss Core.
For things that are the same, we might be able to help, but it's not real clear to me what's broken in your install. The best I can understand is that some devices aren't graphing "fine". Does that mean that there are gaps in the graphs? No graphs at all?
