Ok ... some background real quick, we bought enterpise support as well as the enterprise version of zenoss.
I have noticed some errors with the enterprise zenoss... IF we don't install it there are no graphing issues.. if we do install it there are graphing issues.. Some devices will graph fine but some will not. Our most recent one was that SQL wasnt' graphing... well it turns out by default the wmi (modler) wasn't set to be the default template on the MSSQL group. and then there were some other graphing issues. that SUPPORT fixed.. then IIS broke... for whatever reason. The last known good that i have used of zenoss is back in 2.2 or 2.1 which is what i sold my company on zenoss with. Zenoss support can't figure out what the issue is i was wondering if the community had any ideas? If you need images i can get them. Let me know what you need. and i can get it to you. We need to get this solved and i have tried everything and still no go on graphs..
