Have you read the install guide? You'll need MySQL if use RPM, or just 
an OS if using the stack installer. See:
http://www.zenoss.com/community/docs/install-guides/
I recommend using the RPM and the listed instructions...

I don't think you need anything particular in the CENTOS install, as 
you'll add the specific packages needed later with yum.
