I am new to Zenoss and I am also experiencing this issue. I have tried the example from the Admin Guide and have followed the tips in this thread but I still can not get any devices to show up in any of the locations in Google Maps.
I am running v2.3.0 and I do have an API key installed. Each of the locations I have configured work if I navigate to Google Maps outside of Zenoss.
