The "Resource temporarily unavailable" seems to indicate an OS issue like a memory or other kernel resource (eg PID slots, locks) shortage. (Of course, Zenoss is probably causing this in this particular case, but let's overlook that small detail for now. :) There's also the possibility that it's a kernel bug. :) )
The simplest way to 'fix' this might be a reboot of the server. :( If there are any OS patches available for your server, you may also want to consider applying them. There are pros and cons with applying kernel-level patches, of course, so only you can decide the best course for your current situation. :) If you find that you can reproduce the issue after a reboot, please file a ticket including steps to reproduce the issue.
