Can anyone shed some light on this ?

I had to discover a whole bunch of host, and I'm only interested in pinging
them although they have snmp available. In order to do this I used the
following command in a shell as zenoss user :

Code:
zendisc run --net=193.51.214.0/24 --no-snmp --prod_state=Pre-Production

I turned out that the discovered host were polled in snmp, and in the
Production state - Now I'm wondering if I haven't, by mistake, inserted the
option "--do-whatever-you-want-and-dont-pay-attention-to-what-humans-type" -
BUT I HAVE NOT

So what's the matter ? Why having so many options available for zendisc if it
doesn't care at all ?

No big deal since I can correct that afterwards, but just wondering

Thanks in advance
